What we process and why

Contact enquiries

We process the name, email, company, selected service and message you provide to answer your enquiry and take steps at your request before a possible engagement. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Anti-spam checks are based on our legitimate interest in protecting the form and communications channel under Article 6(1)(f).

PACO AI assistant

If you choose to start PACO, the messages you submit, a random session identifier and limited technical data are processed to answer questions about STRAGTA. Your affirmative choice to start the chat is the legal basis under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Do not include sensitive or confidential information. PACO does not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Website delivery

The site does not use analytics, advertising trackers or optional cookies. GitHub Pages and other infrastructure providers may process IP addresses and technical request logs to deliver and secure the service.

Recipients and providers

• Google Workspace and Apps Script for contact submissions.
• GitHub Pages for website hosting.
• Railway for PACO’s application hosting.
• OpenRouter and the selected model provider for AI inference. Each PACO request asks OpenRouter to use zero-data-retention endpoints and deny provider data collection.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or European Commission standard contractual clauses. You may request more information using the contact address above.

Retention

• Contact enquiries: up to six months after the last interaction, unless a contractual or legal obligation requires longer retention.
• PACO session memory: up to 30 minutes after inactivity.
• PACO operational logs: up to six months and limited to aggregate events such as language, topic tags, message length and errors. STRAGTA does not store full chat text in these logs.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable, or withdraw consent for future processing, by emailing stragta0@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
